We are a proud, family-owned Cape Breton business. Our dream started in Glace Bay in 2008 quickly growing to include ice cream and later pizza. It should come as no surprise that the Chicken Shack family would eventually grow – we added our first franchise location in February 2024.
Driven by the love of community and family, Chicken Shack Glace Bay added Clucky’s Cones a few months after opening and in 2013 the Glace Bay location became The Chicken Shack and Pizza Pi adding pizza, garlic fingers, and donairs to the menu.
In February 2024, the Sydney River location opened. The reception has been exceptional. Eager customers line up for the best chicken in town, every day.
